We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage and oversee the financial operations  and supporting the finance manager .The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial support, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and overall financial strategy to ensure the company maintains strong financial health, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

You will work closely with finance manager  to provide accurate financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

Financial Planning & Management

• Oversee full set of accounts for the group of companies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Managing daily transaction

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyze financial data and present management reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and accounting standards
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Prepare documentation for audits and financial reviews
• Maintain proper internal financial controls and procedures

Management & Coordination

• Work closely with senior management on financial strategy and planning with finance manager
• Coordinate with different departments for budget control and financial tracking
• Supervise accounting and finance team members
• Ensure smooth financial operations across all business units

PREFERRED QUALITIES

• Strong strategic thinking and financial planning ability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and guide a team effectively
• Experience in managing group accounts is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
