We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer support. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, answering calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth daily front office operations.

Reception & Front Desk Management

• Welcome and greet visitors, customers, and guests professionally.

• Manage front desk operations and maintain a pleasant reception area.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages efficiently.

• Handle visitor registrations, appointments, and meeting arrangements.

• Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and documents.

• Arrange refreshments for guest

Administrative & Coordination Duties

• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.

• Maintain customer records, filing systems, and databases.

• Prepare basic documents, reports, quotations, and invoices when required.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.

• Support daily office administrative tasks and management requests.

• Support the team to run events and functions

Office Operations

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.

• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

• Assist in company events, meetings, and visitor hospitality arrangements.
