About the Role We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take ownership of the financial and contractual success of our upcoming projects. You will be the "boots on the ground" for cost control, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Whether you are in the office preparing tenders or on-site conducting valuations, your goal will be to maximize value while minimizing risk.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Cost Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost-to-complete projections.
• Procurement: Manage the tender process, including preparing bills of quantities and negotiating sub-contractor packages.
• Contract Administration: Oversee standard contracts and ensure all parties adhere to terms.
• Valuations & Variations: Conduct site measurements, prepare monthly progress valuations, and manage change orders/variations.
• Financial Reporting: Provide regular commercial reports to senior management regarding project margins and cash flow.
• Final Accounts: Negotiate and settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
