Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, administration.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy when handling administrative and inventory records.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Physically fit to assist with stock handling, inventory checks, and store setup when required.

Tanggungjawab

What You’ll Do:

  • Snap high-quality product photos for new arrivals and existing inventory. Upload product photos and details to the company website and online platforms. Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and updated.

  • Prepare and maintain sales records, invoices, delivery orders (packing), and reports.

  • Coordinate courier arrangements and shipment tracking.

  • Organize and maintain company documents and filing systems.

  • Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.

  • Ensure product displays are attractively arranged and aligned with the company's luxury brand image.

  • Regularly refresh display racks to create a new and appealing shopping experience for customers.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation at all times.

  • Ensure all display areas, shelves, and racks are neat, well-stocked, and free from dust or damage.

  • Monitor and report any display or maintenance issues to management promptly.

  • Daily stock count and monthly stock check

  • Support management with administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
