Fugran Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounts Executive to support the Company Director across financial administration and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role in a small office environment where accuracy, ownership, and the ability to work independently matter more than anything else. The person who thrives here takes responsibility without being reminded, keeps financial records clean, and follows through on tasks end to end.
All necessary equipment and supplies will be provided by the Company.
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices to clients accurately and on time, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up directly on overdue accounts. Maintain clear records of all payments received.
Accounts Payable & Supplier Management: Track vendor and supplier invoices, process payments accurately, and maintain organized payment records. Liaise with suppliers to appoint services, follow up on job progress, and issue service reports to clients upon completion.
Bookkeeping & Financial Records: Record and categorize company expenses in the accounting system, prepare monthly account summaries, maintain up-to-date balances, and assist with GST submission preparation.
Document Management & Reporting: Issue, print, sign, and stamp documents as required. Register service orders and track them through to completion. Prepare and submit reports as directed by the Director.
Document Delivery: Local document delivery to nearby offices and arrangement of delivery via courier platforms such as Grab or Lalamove when required.
General Administrative Support: Assist the Director with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks, and maintain organized filing of all financial and operational documentation.
Singaporean or PR only.
Strong attention to detail and able to manage workflows independently without close supervision.
Prior bookkeeping or accounts administration experience preferred.
Basic familiarity with GST accounting in Singapore is an advantage.
Professional in communications with clients and suppliers alike.
