Inventory Management

• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders for quantity and quality.

• Document discrepancies and coordinate returns when necessary.

Stock Organization

• Label, shelve, and arrange items for efficient storage and easy retrieval.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and organization within the warehouse.

Order Processing

• Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch or internal distribution.

• Ensure orders are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Record Keeping

• Update inventory databases and maintain accurate records.

• Generate reports and track usage rates to determine re-order requirements.

Facility Maintenance

• Keep the storeroom or warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Additional Duties

• Assist with minor equipment repairs when required.

• Prepare items for disposal or transfer.

• Support sales or customer service functions in smaller establishments when necessary.
