Overview

Heir Yu is a boutique jade and wearable art brand focused on curated collections, provenance storytelling, and luxury catalogue presentation.

We are looking for a part-time Brand & Catalogue Assistant who can help transform product photographs, stories, and collection concepts into beautiful catalogues, social media assets, and organized inventory records.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design, aesthetics, luxury products, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Create catalogue pages using Canva
• Organize and maintain product photo libraries
• Edit product images using Photoroom (or similar tools)
• Assist with inventory organization and product documentation
• Create Instagram carousel posts and story graphics
• Assist with collection launches and lookbooks
• Format provenance stories and product descriptions provided by the Founder
• Organize files and maintain consistent naming conventions

Skills Required

• Strong Canva skills
• Good visual taste and aesthetic judgment
• Good written English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Photoroom
• Experience working with jewellery, fashion, luxury products, collectibles, art, or lifestyle brands
• Social media content creation experience
• Experience preparing catalogues, brochures, or lookbooks

Working Arrangement

• Remote
• Flexible working hours

• Initial budget: up to SGD 400 per month
• Opportunity to grow with the brand if the collaboration is successful

Selection Process

We intend to shortlist three candidates.

Each shortlisted candidate will be given the same paid assignment.

The assignment will involve:

• Product photographs
• A short provenance story
• Brand direction guidelines

Candidates will be asked to create:

• One catalogue page
• One Instagram carousel cover
• One lifestyle marketing image

The assignment will be paid.

Final selection will be based on:

• Visual quality
• Understanding of brand direction
• Attention to detail
• Communication
• Reliability
• Ability to translate ideas into polished brand assets

Important

We are not looking for a generic virtual assistant.

We are looking for someone with a strong visual eye who can understand and help bring a luxury brand aesthetic to life.
