Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferable with at least 2 years working experience in handling import & export document preparation or related field
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Team player, independent, good problem solving and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Tanggungjawab

  • Coordinate import shipments from overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and verify import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
  • Liaise with suppliers for the shipping documents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers
  • Monitor import shipment schedules and update internal departments on cargo delivery status.
  • Arrange customs clearance and ensure compliance with import regulations and company requirements.
  • Verify freight charges, local charges, supplier invoices, and shipping-related payments before processing.
  • Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely payment of suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
  • Perform payment verification by checking invoices against purchase orders & shipping documents.
  • Coordinate container delivery and transportation to the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of import transactions, shipping documents, and payment records.
  • Follow up on shipment delays, discrepancies, and cargo claims when necessary.
  • Prepare import reports and assist with customs report submission.
  • Prepare and monitor drop shipment documentation and delivery schedules.
