Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead all nursing personnel operations.
• Develop short- and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• Establish and update policies to improve patient care standards.
• Plan and oversee patient admission and care processes.
• Manage departmental budgets and track all expenses.
• Address nursing-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee record-keeping processes, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Evaluate new team members after completing orientation.
• Advise the clinic head on operational needs.
• Assist the Nurse Manager with team strategy planning and related tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma, Degree, or Master’s in Nursing or equivalent qualification with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Preferably with experience as a Junior Executive in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Good organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
