Job description:

• To oversee all technical systems (such as digital projection, audio systems, electrical systems, etc.), building facilities, and safety infrastructure across all cinema branches.
• To ensure consistent movie presentation quality, operational reliability, and safety compliance through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• To liaise with projector vendors, HVAC service providers, electricians, plumbers, and facility contractors.
• To prepare and monitor annual maintenance budgets (CapEx & OpEx) and provide maintenance reports to HQ management.
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Superior.
• To conduct regular site visits to cinema branches nationwide for audits, inspections, and technical evaluations. (On-call to provide remote technical support for all branches during critical breakdowns or emergencies.)
• This position is based at the Head Office (HQ), Petaling Jaya, and supports all nationwide locations.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, IT, or related fields. Certifications in electrical competency (PW), HVAC, or IT networking, is an added advantage.
• Experience in cinema maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and general facility management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and crisis-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication, reporting, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and fire compliance standards.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
