Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

Basic understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or content creation tools is an added advantage.

Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) and inventory management systems will be an advantage.

Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Manage and maintain product listings across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online marketplaces.

Update product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability accurately.

Monitor daily online sales performance and prepare sales reports when required.

Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, shipment tracking, exchanges, and returns.

Optimize product listings to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.

Provide timely customer service and respond to online inquiries.

Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and sales activities.

Ensure inventory records are updated and synchronized across all platforms.
