Fresh graduates with IT-related certifications/diplomas are encouraged to apply

Driving license with own car

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and network issues

Perform maintenance and upkeep of computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment

Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and other IT devices

Support users with password resets, software installations, and system updates

Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and service requests

Follow IT policies and procedure to ensure security and efficiency

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of IT Dept
