Experience in cashier or retail operations with some supervisory exposure.

Able to handle cash transactions, cash reconciliation, and familiar with POS systems.

Able to supervise cashier team and ensure smooth daily counter operations and customer service.

To manage a team of cashiers and ensure adequate staffing to make sure customer waiting time is minimal

To responsible for collecting cash of cash registers at the end of the shift and delivering to cash deposit machine

To resolve cash tills when closing, make sure the amount matches the report

To assist cashiers with requests such as price checks

To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of overall cash counters

To train all cashiers in performing their duty following Company procedures
