Fluent in Mandarin or English; ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to follow company live streaming schedule and flexible with working hours when required.

Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop or other platforms.

Present product features and demonstrations in an engaging manner to drive sales.

Interact with viewers and respond to questions during live sessions.

Create basic short-form content or product videos to support live promotions and social media marketing.

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to plan live campaigns and promotional activities.

Provide feedback on customer reactions, product performance, and market trends.
