Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, website chat, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and usage guidance to customers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
E-Commerce Operations
Assist customers with order placement, payment, shipping, and tracking inquiries.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor and manage marketplace chats and customer ratings.
Support campaign periods, promotions, product launches, and special sales events.
Sales Performance
Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.
