• Minimum SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in customer service, telesales, e-commerce, retail sales, or digital sales is an added advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer Service & Sales

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, website chat, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and usage guidance to customers.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

E-Commerce Operations

• Assist customers with order placement, payment, shipping, and tracking inquiries.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor and manage marketplace chats and customer ratings.

• Support campaign periods, promotions, product launches, and special sales events.

Sales Performance

• Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

• Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.
