Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in accounting field.

3. Knowledge of IFCA accounting system will be an added advantage.

4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing.

2. Perform reconciliation for inter-company transactions and rental collections/receivables.

3. Liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretaries, and bankers on accounting and statutory matters.

4. Assist in property development accounting and related financial documentation.

5. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

6. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents as required by management.
