Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Business, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or operations.

Experienced or had been involved in setting up procurement or process workflows is a major plus.

Familiarity with marketing services, procurement software, or digital tools is an advantage.

Set up and implement procurement processes, SOPs, and tracking systems automatically.

Define procurement policies and approval workflows.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and service providers.

Raise and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring documentation and compliance.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate vendor records.

Assist finance in invoice verification, cost tracking, and budgeting for purchases.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency in procurement operations.

Introduce or suggest digital tools or lightweight procurement platforms.
