Job description

Responsibility and requirement:

• To attend and coordinate all site matters between consultants, contractors and relevant authorities
• Oversee work packages and work is delivered as per approved works specifications, quality, and work plan to meet project deadlines
• Primary point of contact for the construction supervision of the project between the contractors, clients and consultants
• Responsible for following up with and monitoring instructions and commitment by various parties
• Resolving site issues and providing early resolution to technical issues on site.
• Review contractors project execution plan, quality control plan, and other related documents
• Supervise execution of technical aspects of the project
• Representing client on all important meetings concerning the project.
• Monitor site progress and performances and report back to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
