Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Mesiniaga Berhad Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Leads overall team comprising manufacturing technician Level 1 to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Review daily and regularly plan operating performance and advice on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.
• Hold regular discussions with team members and subordinates to coach performance and improve operational understanding and capability.
• Ensure compliance of business process standard set by customers

Contract length: 12 months
