• Hidayah Medic Jasin
• Welcome patients, handle registration, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Arrange schedules, contact patients for appointments, and remind the doctor of the daily schedule (one day and one hour before).
• Assist the doctor (chaperone) during consultations, treatments, or procedures.
• Take basic vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, weight) when required.
• Prepare, dispense, and provide basic instructions on prescribed medications.
• Manage medication inventory on a weekly and monthly basis, including monitoring expiry dates.
• Clean, sterilize, and maintain clinical equipment to ensure readiness for use.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, including treatment areas and waiting rooms, ensuring proper hygiene standards.
• Handle phone calls, emails, billing, patient payments, and daily administrative tasks.
• Close daily sales records, prepare simple reports, and perform bank-in of cash sales.
• Support other administrative or clinical duties as assigned by the doctor or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
