About the Role:

We are looking for a finance professional for a multinational company to lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making. The role oversees financial reporting, cash flow and working capital management, cost control, tax compliance, and strong internal controls, ensuring full regulatory adherence. It also drives profitability improvements, supports audits, provides financial insights to management, and leads the finance team while partnering closely with key stakeholders to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage annual budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals and monitoring variances.
  • Oversee preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports in compliance with standards, regulations, and deadlines.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operations and growth.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Drive cost control and profitability improvements through analysis, efficiency initiatives, and product costing collaboration.
  • Oversee tax planning, compliance, and filing to ensure efficiency and regulatory adherence.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the finance team with clear targets and performance supervision.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements.
  • Strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate, reliable financial reporting.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with exposure to financial reporting, compliance, treasury, and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive strategic and operational improvements.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
