Are you passionate about construction quality, architectural detailing, and delivering exceptional finishes? We are looking for an experienced Architectural Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate architectural works from execution through project completion and handover.

In this role, you will be the key site representative for architectural works, ensuring that all finishes, materials, workmanship, and installations are completed to the highest standards while meeting project timelines and design intent.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Site Supervision

• Oversee daily site activities related to architectural works and finishing trades.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate architectural activities with structural and M&E works to prevent clashes and delays.
• Monitor site progress and ensure efficient execution of architectural packages.

Finishing & Quality Control

• Supervise architectural finishing works including:
• Tiling and stone finishes
• Painting and decorative finishes
• Ceiling installations
• Doors, windows, and ironmongery
• Joinery, cabinetry, and built-in furniture
• Waterproofing works
• Façade and architectural cladding systems
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure workmanship meets project and consultant requirements.
• Identify defects, monitor rectification works, and ensure timely closure.

Subcontractor & Site Coordination

• Coordinate and supervise architectural subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Ensure work sequencing is properly managed to maintain productivity and quality.
• Monitor manpower deployment and subcontractor performance.
• Communicate site requirements, revisions, and technical instructions effectively.

Consultant & Project Team Liaison

• Liaise with Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Consultants, and Project Management teams.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural progress and issues.
• Assist in resolving site challenges and technical coordination matters.

Snagging & Project Handover

• Lead architectural inspections and snagging exercises.
• Prepare defect lists and coordinate rectification works.
• Support consultant inspections and client handover activities.
• Ensure architectural works are completed to handover standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety requirements and safe work practices.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Conduct toolbox briefings and ensure proper PPE usage.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Building Technology, Construction Management, or related field

Experience supervising architectural and finishing works on construction projects

Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and workmanship standards

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple finishing trades

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality

Preferred Experience

• High-rise residential, commercial, mixed-development, or landed housing projects
• Experience in project snagging, defect management, and handover processes
• Familiarity with consultant inspections and quality assurance procedures
