• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Executive Level - Minimum 3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.

• Non -Executive Level - Minimum 1 year of experience handling data entries.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in accounting software - SQL/ AutoCount/SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Added Advantages:-

• Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

• Familiarity with stock inventory management and inventory control systems.

• Knowledge of food costing, recipe costing, and gross profit margin analysis.

• Experience using POS and inventory management systems.

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
