Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Ability to read and write Mandarin is essential for processing task lists and data).

Proficient in basic computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) for accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage and assign tasks to personnel.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under a 6-day schedule.

Inventory & Replenishment: Responsible for on-site stock-in and replenishment. Effectively coordinate and arrange personnel for restock tasks to ensure inventory availability.

Operations Coordination: Prepare and issue detailed "On-site Checklists" to the Set-up Team to ensure smooth operational execution.

Data Management: Handle and record inventory data after event teardowns to ensure the accuracy of stock-out and remaining inventory records.

Warehouse Administration: Support daily warehouse operations and ensure an organized workflow.
