Duties & Responsibilities

Account Executive (Full Set Accounts）

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)

• Responsible for monthly account closing and financial reporting

• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and supporting documents

• Assist in cash flow management and bank reconciliation

• Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards

• Support audit and tax-related matters

• Assist in preparation of management reports

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Account Executive (Account Receivable)

• Collaborate with operations and credit control team for collection process.

• To checking of cash bank in slip, terminal sales slip & settlement slip for completeness.

• To monitor daily collection for local and oversea sales.

• Assist in prepare weekly sales report for local and oversea sales.

• To check and verify cash collection report from Logistic Dept. & Technician Dept.

• To prepare monthly and yearly showroom sales report and submit to Tenancy Dept.

• To support month end reporting analysis to meet required deadlines and ensure all work in performed effectively and efficiently

• Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in handling full set accounts

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be responsible, organized, and proactive
