Tanggungjawab

  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate front office personnel.
  • Guest Services: Oversee check-in and check-out processes, resolve complaints, and ensure high service standards.
  • Operations & Reporting: Monitor daily operations, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on financial performance and guest feedback.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Budgeting & Revenue: Assist in setting departmental budgets, manage inventory, and help maximize room occupancy

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
