Tanggungjawab

Position: Protegé Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Programme Details:

  • Duration: 8 months
  • Monthly allowance: RM2,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quantity Surveyor in preparing cost estimates and tender documents
  • Support measurement of quantities and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BQ)
  • Assist in contract administration and documentation
  • Monitor project costs and variations
  • Prepare and check progress claims and payment certificates
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project team
  • Maintain proper project records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Basic knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,999.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
