Key Responsibilities

• Register patients and accurately maintain confidential records in the clinic management system.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Answer phone calls , emails , and patient inquiries professionally.
• Assist patients with registration , billing , and general clinic procedures.
• Handle patient payments , issues invoices or receipts and manage related documents.
• Provide non-clinical support to doctors and healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain a clean , organized and professional environment across all clinic facilities , reception areas , and consultation room.
• Monitor and replenish clinic supplies and inventory when necessary.
• Prepare daily cash collection reports and perform basic reconciliation duties.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies , procedures and applicable healthcare regulations
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
