Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (real estate or project-based preferred)

Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN E-Invoice

Skilled in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.)

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

High integrity, accuracy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Able to work independently and report directly to top management

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing processes.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports such as Profit & Loss (P&L), cash flow statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Track and process project and sub-sale commissions, booking fees, and customer collections accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor branch expenditures against approved budgets and provide cost control recommendations to management.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of SST returns and oversee compliance with LHDN E-Invoice implementation requirements.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary on audit, tax, and statutory matters.

Supervise and guide junior accounts and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Provide timely and accurate financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

Support operational functions on an ad-hoc basis during peak periods, company events, and special projects as required.
