Radbina Sdn Bhd is a growing G7 construction company involved in residential construction, house building, renovation, and actively participating in tender projects.

With our expansion into larger-scale projects and competitive tenders, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our cost and tender management team.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for full quantity surveying functions including tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost planning
• Handle tender submission, tender analysis, and documentation
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender pricing
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports
• Manage project cost control, variation orders (VO), and progress claims
• Handle contract administration and final accounts
• Liaise with project team, consultants, and suppliers

The candidate will be involved in both pre-contract (tendering) and post-contract (cost control & claims) processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction industry
• Strong experience in tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Able to handle full QS cycle independently (pre & post contract)
• Experience in residential projects / tender projects / building works
• Familiar with construction drawings, BQ, and costing
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
