Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Knowledge on Meta Marketing, XHS, Instagram, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, etc

Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus

Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in mandarin preferred as role required to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Creative, can-do attitude & energetic

Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous

Manage all social media channels & campaign, and create content engaging social media posts.

Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ads and web visitor data in order to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.

To control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing campaigns. (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Prepare regular analysis of website/social media traffic data.

Report directly to the Marketing Manager & coordinate with creative & sales team, to increase brand awareness.

Assist in replying enquiries on facebook, update all information regularly.
