Job Responsibilities :

• Handle property sales documentation including Booking Forms, SPA, and related documents.
• Coordinate with banks, lawyers, purchasers, and internal departments.
• Monitor and follow up on sales progress and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare and maintain sales records and reports.

Requirements :

• Experience in property sales administration will be an advantage.
• Familiar with the property sales process and documentation.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
