Job Summary
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic by assisting doctors, managing patient registrations, handling administrative tasks, dispensing medications, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Register patients and update patient records.
- Assist patients with appointments and inquiries.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online bookings.
- Assist doctors during consultations and basic procedures.
- Measure and record patients' vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, height, etc.).
- Dispense medications according to doctor's prescriptions.
- Manage medication stock and clinic supplies.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Prepare consultation and treatment rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic.
- Handle insurance, panel, and medical claim documentation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and clinic management systems).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.

Working Hours
As per clinic operating hours and shift schedule.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
