• Make outbound calls to prospects to identify landlords open for rental opportunities or renovation services.

• Achieve daily call targets of approximately 100 calls.

• Secure a minimum of 8 successful client engagements per week.

• Maintain professionalism and persistence in all customer interactions.

• Record and update client information accurately in the system.

• Support business development initiatives by generating qualified leads.
