Responsibilities
Requirement: 10 years experience as HR Executives/ HR Manager
- Develop and implement overall human resource strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to hiring.
- Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Manage monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, and commissions.
- Ensure accurate statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB or relevant authorities).
- Prepare and manage employment contracts and official HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Develop and update HR policies and the Employee Handbook.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Handle employee disciplinary matters, including show cause letters and domestic inquiries.
- Manage absenteeism, misconduct, and performance-related issues.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees.
- Design and monitor KPI frameworks and performance appraisal systems.
- Recommend salary increments, promotions, and bonus structures.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Organize company events, team building, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
- Monitor employee turnover and implement retention strategies.
- Foster a positive, productive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
