Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
• Supervise staff work schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Manage inventory including ordering, stock arrangement, and stock checks
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively
• Train, monitor, and coach staff to achieve optimal performance

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in a related field is an advantage
• Experience in store management or retail sales is an advantage
• Training will be provided for committed and high-potential candidates
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
