TSR Seafront Hotel Port Dickson is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Attend to guest inquiries and requests professionally
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations
• Ensure smooth front office operations
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or hotel operations
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
