Job Description: Operations Executive (Branch)

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive is responsible for managing inventory, processing sales and purchase transactions, and ensuring smooth operational workflows for Branch. This role involves handling invoices, purchase orders, stock transfers, and warehouse operations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer & Store Service

• Assist and serve customers during store visits.
• Issue invoices to customers.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Check and manage inventory levels.
• Process purchase orders and purchase returns.
• Handle stock issues and stock transfers between locations.

3. Operations & Documentation

• Process and manage invoices, delivery orders, and sales orders.
• Handle purchase orders and purchase returns efficiently.
• Ensure accurate knock-off processes.
• Maintain and update statements for financial and operational tracking.
• Pay attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations Executive: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
