Job Responsibilities:
- Approve in-process production by verifying required specifications, conducting visual and measurement inspections, and communicating necessary adjustments to production personnel.
- Approve finished products by confirming specifications, performing inspections, and managing non-conforming products including rework verification.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with quality standards and company procedures.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety standards and legal regulations.
- Record, document, and update inspection results through reports and logs.
- Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production team to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects assigned by management.
Key Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Diploma / tertiary education required.
- Relevant working experience in manufacturing or quality control is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills, with ability to explain and guide processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
