Key Responsibilities

• Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including any defects or deviations from specifications, and report findings to supervisors and production staff.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Equipment Calibration: Ensure that all measurement and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained for accurate results.
• Quality Improvement: Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process, and suggest enhancements to quality control procedures.
