Kerja Sepenuh Masa Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive (Sea Freight), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di REGIME FREIGHT & LOGISTICS (PENANG) SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Handle daily operations for sea freight shipments.
• Liaise with carriers, agents, customers, and overseas offices to coordinate shipment schedules and documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers regularly on cargo status.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Work closely with internal departments (sales, operations, customs clearance, and warehousing) to ensure smooth cargo handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, international regulations, and customer requirements.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Support billing and invoicing accuracy in coordination with the accounts department.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain related field.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarder customer service or related logistics role.
• Familiar with Incoterms and sea/air freight procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
