Sepenuh Masa M-E Clerk Of Work Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in Setia Awan Land Services Sdn Bhd - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

1. Perform on-site inspection work (M&E), ensure site work compliance with construction drawings, specifications, approved MoS, and any other approval and/or instruction from consultants.

2. Responsible for quality assurance and quality control supervision for M&E work.

3. Familiar with all the relevant drawings and written instructions, using them as a reference when inspecting work.

4. Monitor and supervise work progress at site according to work schedule, prepare report on site progress and/or condition to superiors upon request.

5. Identify defect, NC and outstanding work, and any other problem encountered at site, issue Site Memo / NCR and propose mitigation solution together with consultants and Resident Architect/Engineer.

6. Liaise with contractors, consultants and Resident Engineer to resolve technical issues at site.

7. Attend all necessary meetings and report daily site activities upon request.

8. Ensure compliance on safety, health and environmental requirements at site.

9. Keep and maintain site documents, records, and reports, especially as per Company’s Quality Management System.

10. Implement all related policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.

11. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superiors.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

1. Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2. Registered as Graduate Engineer (GE) or Inspector-Of-Works (IOW) with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).

3. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience as IoW (M&E) and/or in consultant/contractor in M&E trades.

4. High level of integrity and willing to work long hours.

5. Working knowledge on construction methods, materials, building component and system.

6. Ability to read and interpret Architect, C&S Engineering, landscape and ID drawings, specifications and other material pertinent to construction.

7. Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety requirements.

8. Able to liaise effectively with consultants, authorities and contractors.

9. Able to write & communicate well.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
