About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised ADMIN to join our team at KMJ RASESWARAN TRADING SDN BHD' in Nilai Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position and will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the management team and other employees
- Handling various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
- Assisting with the organisation and coordination of meetings and events
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, professional and customer-service oriented
