Principal Responsibilities:
(i) Inspection and Testing:
- Perform routine inspections of incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials and products.
- Conduct dimensional inspections, appearance inspections, functional tests, and performance evaluations on products under development.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Liaise with production leaders to resolve detected quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
(ii) Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and quality assurance activities.
- Organize and track data for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, procedures, and records.
- Assist in preparing validation, reliability, and quality test plans as required.
(iii) Calibration and Equipment Management:
- Plan and coordinate external calibration of inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&TE).
- Review calibration certificates and perform calibration procedures according to specifications.
- Identify and address out-of-tolerance conditions of equipment and recommend corrective actions.
- Inspect new inspection, testing, and measuring equipment for suitability before use in laboratory or QC operations.
(iv) Process Improvement:
- Provide feedback on quality, work processes, and methods to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to implement improvements in quality control processes.
(v) Other Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all statutory laws, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Quality Management System (QMS), and company policies and regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and inspection areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks to upkeep the work environment.
- Support CSR initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing the company's social and environmental impact in the community and beyond.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support quality assurance and operational objectives.
Min Requirement
- Diploma and above
- Preferable those experiences in handling CMM machine.
