To report for duty punctually, always wear the proper uniform and name badges.

To serve food & beverage to guests according to standards set.

To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

To always provide a courteous and professional service.

To check constantly on guest satisfaction, to maintain the best possible guest relation, to anticipate guest’s needs and ensure the fulfillment of all guest expectations.

To be stationed in the assigned area of the dining area/outlet during service hours unless specifically assigned elsewhere.

To maintain neatness and cleanliness at assigned station, back area and dining area throughout the day.

To keep station adequately stocked with necessary supplies before, during and after service hours.

To prepare necessary mise-en-place concerning the operations.

To ensure sufficient stock level for operation

To complete all necessary requisition documents (Inter bar Transfer, Opening / Closing check list, breakages)

To do side duties as assigned on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as determined by Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

To ensure that the buffet items continuously re-fill, serving spoon/ fork are cleaned, there is sufficient supply of dishes and that food is hot and presented in an attractive manner.

To return soiled linen and collect clean linen from Housekeeping.

To take good care of all operating tools and equipment.

To keep good public relations with guests and to find out about their special needs.

To personally give instructions, to constantly supervise the service and to give feedback to employees regarding service standard provided.

To recover guest complaints, if any take remedial action immediately.

To check on guest satisfaction by talking to the guest.

To ensure that all guests are served promptly.

To maximize sales and revenue by providing good service and training his staff to up-sell.

To ensure that daily training is carried out for all rank-and-file staff.

To maintain a checklist for daily inspection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM1,850.00 per month
