Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
o Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and operational requirements.
o Support senior chefs during food preparation and service operations.
o Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently during operational hours.
o Ensure smooth kitchen workflow and timely food preparation.
Quality Control & Operational Support
o Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
o Support inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and stock rotation.
o Minimize food wastage and maintain operational efficiency.
o Coordinate with kitchen team members to support daily operations.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
o Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
o Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational SOPs.
o Ensure proper handling and storage of food products.
o Comply with workplace safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements
o Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
o Experience in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or preparation sections preferred.
o Basic culinary and food preparation skills
o Good teamwork and communication skills.
o Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
o Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
