Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Order Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales team to process customer and distributor orders
  • Generate and manage documentation (Invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase Order)
  • Ensure accuracy in order details (SKU, quantity, pricing)

2. Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor and update inventory across warehouse and ecommerce platforms
  • Track stock movement (inbound & outbound) by SKU
  • Ensure stock availability to support sales and prevent stock discrepancies

3. Fulfilment & Operations

  • Coordinate with relevant team for order packing and delivery
  • Track order status and update Sales team on progress and timelines
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners when required

4. Ecommerce Support

  • Assist in managing Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop operations
  • Update product listings, stock levels and pricing
  • Support campaign setup (bundles, promotions, vouchers)

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain proper filing system (digital & physical)
  • Prepare basic sales and inventory reports
  • Ensure smooth daily administrative and operational workflow

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
