Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor palm oil mill daily production yields (oil extraction rates & kernel extraction rates)
- Supervise and monitor team of operators and workers, ensuring timely delivery of all projects, maintenance, and daily work
- Ensures efficiency of milling operation and accuracy of information
- Ensure daily production targets are met
- Prepare monthly mill performance and reports
- Assist in planning of budget, business strategy, and preventive maintenance schedule for mill
- Ensures all Standard Operation Procedures are followed at the mill
- Comply to all statutory requirements & regulations.
- Have active communication with management and update on mill performance.
- Monitors and coordinates project implementations
- Assist in mill upgrade works
Requirements
- Knowledge in MSPO and any other palm oil related certification will be an added advantage.
- Must possess strong problem-solving skill, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
