Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR Coordination)
- Conduct initial interviews and assist in recruitment coordination
- Manage new staff onboarding documentation (application forms, personal details, contracts acknowledgement, etc.)
- Submit complete staff documentation to HQ HR for offer letter processing
- Handle staff attendance records and leave tracking
- Prepare monthly salary summary and payroll information for HQ HR
- Assist in handling staff misconduct documentation and submit reports to HQ HR
- Liaise closely with HQ HR on all employee matters and policy implementation
Accounts & Finance Support
- Prepare and organize full set accounts documentation for submission to HQ Accounts Department
- Handle invoice collection, supplier documentation, and payment records
- Maintain petty cash records and reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and closing documentation for HQ
- Liaise with HQ Accounts Department on financial matters and document requirements
Administration & Compliance
- Handle all outlet administrative matters
- Manage outlet licenses, permits, and renewals
- Liaise with government authorities when required
- Maintain proper filing of official documents and compliance records
- Support outlet operational administration and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in HR/Admin/Accounts role
- Good documentation and coordination skills
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Familiar with payroll process, petty cash handling, and basic accounts documentation
- Strong communication skills to liaise with HQ departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
